Videx Launches CyberBadge Data Collection Device
Corvallis, Oregon (December, 2019) – Videx has been manufacturing automatic identification and data capture devices since 1985. In 1999, Videx shifted its focus to manufacturing innovative security products. With renewed focus, Videx is introducing a new product portfolio.
CyberBadge, a powerful, handheld data collection device, couples user simplicity with the unique power of customizability. CyberBadge is available with an array of features, making it a versatile device for nearly any application. CyberBadge is designed for ease-of-use without extensive configuration or employee training.
There are three different models of CyberBadge. CyberBadge RFID includes a 13.56 MHz RFID reader and communicates via a USB station. CyberBadge Wi-Fi includes a 13.56 MHz RFID reader and Wi-Fi syncing capabilities, as well as communication via a USB station. CyberBadge 2D includes a 13.56 MHz RFID reader, Wi-Fi syncing capabilities, communication via a USB station, and a 2D barcode reader, which allows it to read over 40 variations of 1D and 2D barcodes.
