For example, if a company added a new product or item into Asset Panda, Zapier would take that information and send it to all other software as needed. In this way, a purchase order could be sent to Quickbooks, or a lead could be sent to SalesForce, or a new asset could be sent as a text message to supervisors. The Asset Panda-Zapier integration works both ways, too; adding a new contact to SalesForce, for example, would prompt Zapier to take that information and auto-send it to Asset Panda. The integration can be customized to only send information between the two software systems if it meets specific requirements (e.g. if a purchase order is at $600 or above, then Zapier would send it to Asset Panda).

No programming, coding, or API knowledge is needed to set up Zapier’s connection to Asset Panda’s software; the two systems can be configured through an easy-to-use web tool so no one has to sit down and write the code. Only current Asset Panda customers can enable the Zapier integration.
