Flow Announces Four Senior Executive Hires, Appointing Former Executives from Ralph Lauren, Capital One, The Carlyle Group and SeatGeek to Lead Marketing, Finance, Business Operations and Legal Affairs

New York – July 26, 2018 – Flow, a pioneer of next generation cross border commerce, today announced the addition of four key executives to its leadership team: Juliana Pereira as VP of Marketing, Eric Weisman as VP of Finance, Anna Tolmach as VP of Business Operations and Brooke Smarsh as General Counsel. The appointments underpin Flow’s rapid growth as the leading solution to facilitate cross border commerce.

Flow has developed a global ecommerce software solution that enables retailers and brands to create localized shopping experiences for global audiences free of risk and fear by eliminating the many challenges inherent in selling and shipping product internationally. The company is quickly onboarding global brands and has recently expanded its offering to more than 60 international payment options, including cryptocurrencies.

VP of Marketing Juliana Pereira most recently served as VP of Marketing at Smartling, where she developed expertise in localization and digital content translation. In the past, Pereira has held key roles in ecommerce and marketing at Ralph Lauren, The Met Store online (at The Metropolitan Museum of Art), Ziff Davis and eMusic.

VP of Finance Eric Weisman has nearly 20 years of finance expertise, with experience building and leading finance functions for both high-growth and Fortune 500 companies in the healthtech, fintech and financial services industries. Weisman previously served as CFO at uBiome and Head of FP&A at CAN Capital. Prior to that he held various roles at Capital One including in Retail Bank Finance and Balance Sheet Management.

VP of Business Operations Anna Tolmach previously served as co-founder of a supply chain startup in the inventory planning space. Prior to that, she held roles in telecom, media and tech investing at The Carlyle Group and in investment banking at Barclays Capital.

General Counsel Brooke Smarsh has more than 15 years of legal experience across the media, entertainment and technology industries. She previously served as General Counsel of SeatGeek, Associate General Counsel of The Trade Desk, Assistant General Counsel at LivePerson and SVP of Business and Legal Affairs for CMI Marketing, owner of the CafeMom and MamásLatinas social network sites.
