Starbucks Adds Punishment To Loyalty Program

Not content to use just the carrot in their rewards program, Starbucks has added a stick.  Get gold or lose your points!  Ouch.  

It was just over two years ago that Starbucks changed the program and reduced the benefits I get.  This week they also announced that Howard Schultz is stepping down.   The universe is surely descending into chaos.
