Internet of Things Inc. Completes Convertible Debenture Financing

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - November 25, 2015) - Internet of Things Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ITT[1]) ("IoT Inc." or the "Company"), an IoT technology accelerator and industry acquisition company is pleased to announce that it has closed a principal amount $250,000 convertible debenture financing. The key terms of the convertible debentures are as follows: two year term; interest of 12% per annum; and, convertible into common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.05 per share for the first 12 months, and thereafter at a price of $0.10 per share until maturity.

All securities issued pursuant to the financing are subject to a four month hold period. Closing of the financing is subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
