2017 Women of M2M Step Up to Become Trailblazers in IoT

Carol Stream, Ill. (PRWEB) June 06, 2017

As women across the globe continue to shatter glass ceilings across a wide variety of industries, technology is no different, with new leaders in enterprise and the Internet of Things shaping the connected world.

To honor these technology leaders, the editors at Connected World magazine are proud to announce the 2017 Women of M2M (WoM2M). The annual list enters its fifth year, celebrating a group of IoT executives who are helping drive the industry forward.

The 42 women celebrated this year display a drive and intuition for thinking outside the box when it comes to developing and implementing new products and services within the IoT marketplace. Their willingness to take risks has allowed their company to remain competitive and relevant in an ever-growing industry.

“Technology is changing rapidly, and so too is the role of women in technology,” says Peggy Smedley, editorial director, Connected World. “Each of these women have used their own unique knowledge, experience, and expertise to shape their respective companies.”
