The Juno T41 offers a choice of Microsoft® Windows® WEHH 6.5 or Android™ 4.1 operating systems, and now all Juno T41 handhelds meet the ultra-rugged dust and water ingress protection rating of IP68. All Juno T41 handheld computers contain an 800Mhz or 1.0GHz processor, 512MB RAM, and 8GB of storage. Other standard features include an 8MP integrated camera; standard 2-4 meter GPS (1-2 meter GPS accuracy available as “Enhanced GPS”); multi-touch capacitive 4.3” sunlight-readable display; and all-day battery life for long hours in the field.
The 4.3" high-resolution Corning® Gorilla® Glass panel capacitive touchscreen display is sunlight-readable and brilliantly clear on the Juno T41. Multi-touch support allows complex selections and controlled zoom to optimize the user experience with maps and detailed information. Trimble offers innovative products that enable mobile workers to be more efficient. The Juno T41 has voice, SMS text, and 3.75G cellular data transfer capabilities on GSM cellular networks worldwide. The Juno T41 offers an optional 1D/2D barcode imager. Trimble Scan Technology reads a wide range of traditional 1D barcodes, as well as 2D matrix codes, also digitally capturing signatures and images. All of these features are customizable using the Trimble "Scan Agent" application. Enterprise solutions can also use the Software Development Kit (SDK) to optimize for specific customer requirements. Ultra-High Frequency RFID is an available option on the Juno T41 handheld, the Juno T41 R rapidly reads tags at different frequencies almost simultaneously for accurate barcode reading in real world conditions.
