Spotlights DENSO’s hand-held 1-D and 2-D barcode scanners and terminals


denso catalogLONG BEACH, Calif. — DENSO ADC, the Americas sales arm of DENSO Wave Incorporated, inventor of the QR Code®, announced a new product catalog covering the company’s entire lineup of mobile automatic data capture systems and support software.

The 12-page publication features DENSO’s hand-held 1-D and 2-D barcode scanners and terminals, as well as stationary models that can read codes on moving objects, such as products on a conveyor belt, or codes displayed on smartphone LCD screens.

Included is the new ultra-high-speed BHT-1281 hand-held wireless UHF RFID scanner, with a high-power, one-watt antenna that allows scanning of RFID tags at a best-in-class distance of 16 feet or more.

The catalog also covers DENSO’s device-support software, along with the company’s latest developments in next-generation QR Code technology.
