HighJump Adds Supply Chain Analytics to Enterprise Software Suite

Business Analytics Module to Provide Full Enterprise Visibility and Real-Time Insight Into Key Performance Indicators

MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwired - June 20, 2016) - HighJump, a global provider of supply chain network solutions, announced today that its enterprise suite of products, HighJump™ Supply Chain Advantage, now offers a supply chain analytics module, HighJump™ Pulse. HighJump Pulse provides an enterprise-level view of warehouse and distribution operations to enable process improvements.

HighJump Pulse provides the ability to aggregate data from a variety of applications within the extended enterprise. With its open connectivity layer, HighJump Pulse pulls key data from various business systems such as the warehouse management, parcel/transportation execution, EDI trading networks, and even ERP systems. Then, it displays the aggregated data into visual dashboards that leverage the HighJump One platform, built on HTML5 for a device-agnostic experience. Each role within the organization can have individualized views, or dashboards, including charts, graphs, data grids, pivots, and more.

"HighJump Pulse has been empowering supply chain decisions for years, and we're thrilled to now make it available to our enterprise clients," said Jon Kuerschner, vice president of product management and consulting. "In addition to the over 30 industry-recognized metrics that come pre-built into the platform, HighJump Pulse provides the flexibility needed to pull any dataset and display the results that matter to unique organizational needs."

HighJump Pulse's alerting engine allows users to define events that can be delivered through email, text message, or dashboard notices when a KPI meets a specific criteria. Detailed drill-down capabilities are available within dashboards, allowing the viewer to access granular information on each metric and perform root cause analysis.

"Leveraging HighJump Pulse, our warehouse managers have set a sequence of live reports that display on a 177-inch screen in the warehouse to encourage productivity. This gives warehouse employees the ability to track their performance against industry standards and others within the warehouse. The shift supervisor also uploads notes on a daily or weekly basis to help remind our staff of key objectives," said Jon Christensen, senior director of distribution and contract services for Caribou Coffee.

"If you're not measuring the results of your enterprise, you can't declare victory or defeat. Our best performing clients understand the importance of tracking the performance of their operations as a key measurement of the success of their business," said Chad Collins, chief operating officer. "HighJump Pulse empowers C-level executives as well as supply chain managers to access the right information anywhere, anytime on any device."
