RTI to Present Technical Session on Industrial IoT Medical Devices at JavaOne 2015

SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 26, 2015) - Real-Time Innovations (RTI)[1], the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) connectivity platform company, today announced it is presenting a technical session titled, "Can the Internet of Things Save 50,000 Lives a Year?" at JavaOne 2015 in San Francisco.

Building distributed systems with special requirements for the Industrial IoT such as low latency or massive scalability is extremely complex. In this session, Burcu Alaybeyi, Product Manager at RTI, and Rose Wahlin, Principal Software Engineer at RTI, will introduce a series of use-case-based examples to get attendees started on coding for the Industrial IoT right away. The tutorial will demonstrate how to connect multiple medical devices for gathering real-time patient readings, and how to correlate and interpret those results.
