BlueStar Appoints Keith Robinson as Managing Director Of Bluestar EMEA

DECEMBER 2014 - HEBRON, KY.  BlueStar, the leading global distributor of solutions-based ADC, Mobility, Point-of-Sale, RFID, Digital Signage, and ID & Security technology, has announced the appointment of Keith Robinson to the position of Managing Director of BlueStar EMEA. BlueStar's EMEA central distribution facilities and general headquarters are located in Veldhoven, Netherlands, and  maintains regional sales offices in Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Portugal, France, Belgium, Spain and the United Kingdom.

In this capacity, Mr. Robinson will assume responsibility for the sales, distribution management and customer relations for BlueStar's Point of Sale, Automatic Identification, Mobility, RFID and Digital Signage channels. Prior to his appointment, Keith served as the Executive Vice President of Sales for BlueStar EMEA, as well as Vice President of Sales in Northern Europe.

"Keith has proven to be a true professional, guiding BlueStar's transition from a collection of seven regional facilities into an integrated, Pan-European distributor. His background with both electronics manufacturing and specialty distribution has provided BlueStar the strength required for our transition in Europe," said BlueStar's President & CEO Steve Cuntz.

Keith Robinson has over 20 years of business experience in General IT sales and management as well as 15 years in the Enterprise mobility and Auto ID markets. Having started his career in software development, designing mission critical solutions, he moved into sales and has worked in roles covering Global and EMEA regions with blue-chip manufacturers and distributors. Mr. Robinson has HNDs in Electronic Engineering and Software Design and is a Fellow of the ISSM (Institute of Sales and Marketing).
