Digi-Key's Annual Global Business Development Meeting Featuring Jack Uldrich

Following on the heels of successful keynote presentations at the Electronic Component Industry Association's annual meeting in Chicago in October and Avnet's Global Summit in Monterey in November, popular keynote speaker, renowned global futurist, technology forecaster and best-selling author, Jack Uldrich^[1] has been selected to deliver the keynote talk at Digi-Key's Annual Global Business Development Meeting in Thief River Falls, MN on December 10th. The title of Uldrich's talk is "Why Future in Electronics Demand Unlearning."

The presentation, which is based on Uldrich’s two most recent books: "Foresight 20/20: A Futurist Explores the Trends Transforming Tomorrow^[2]" and "Higher Unlearning: 39 Post Requisite Lessons for Achieving a Successful Future," will begin by discussing how continued advances in information technologies, 3D manufacturing, nanotechnology, robotics, radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, the "Internet of Things", Big Data, social networking and wearable technology will radically transform the field of electronics in the decade ahead.
