New Miniature TCXO From Ascend Frequency Devices Significantly Reduces...

Lake Oswego, OR (PRWEB) October 12, 2013

Ascend Frequency Devices is proud to introduce our newest and smallest form factor temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO[1]). The new TH series dimensions measure in at 2.0x2.5mm, allowing engineers more space for ever-shrinking designs. With supply voltages ranging from 2.8V to 1.8V and frequencies up to 52 MHz, this series is capable of frequency stability as low as ±0.5ppm over an operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C.

In addition to the enable/disable function option, the TH series offers a low-power clipped sine wave output and typical current consumption is as low as 1.1 mA, making this TCXO suitable for handheld RF devices, mobile applications, wireless meters, RFID. Excellent short-term stability and phase noise performance makes this new product ideal for GPS applications.
