BlueStar Signs Purchase Agreement with Elma POS & Data
BlueStar, a leading global innovator in solutions-based distribution for Auto ID, POS, Mobility, RFID, Digital Signage, and ID and Security products, announced recently that it has signed a definitive purchase agreement with Elma Pos & Data A/S, a distributor of specialty electronics covering POS, Auto ID and Mobile Data Management verticals. Under the terms of the agreement, BlueStar will acquire Elma Pos & Data in Denmark and become a major distributor of POS products in the Danish market.
Elma Pos & Data represent leading manufacturers in the areas of POS, kiosk, automatic identification and data capture. As a leading POS and self-service kiosk provider, they offer products and services that increase competitiveness and improve sales activity when assisting resellers in developing new business for their customers.

All Elma Pos & Data resellers will now be able to take advantage of the BlueStar FUSION business development and marketing program and the large stock of POS products located at the BlueStar facilities in Malmö, directly across the bridge to Copenhagen.
