The Transformation of Global Business RFID/Auto-ID Seminar & Expo

RFID EXPO

Experts From Dow Chemical, Raytheon and the University of Massachusetts Lowell to Share Perspectives on the Latest Developments From the RFID, Auto-ID and Sensing Industries

On Wednesday, October 13, Merrimack College will host the second annual Auto-ID and Sensing Seminar and Expo, featuring keynote presentations from Craig Casto, Global Leader RFID, GPS, Auto-ID Expertise Center, Dow Chemical; Mark Russell, VP of Engineering, Raytheon; and Marty Meehan, Chancellor, University of Massachusetts Lowell.

The one-day conference unites professionals, experts and analysts in the field of radio frequency (RFID) and auto-ID technology to discuss auto-ID sensing materials and processes. High-level industry speakers and panel discussions will address important technology trends in RFID automatic identification and sensing technology, as well as forecast where the industry is headed.

Last year's event at MIT featured 44 exhibitors of Auto-ID & Sensing solutions. This year's event has an expanded program with noteworthy keynote speakers, interesting panels plus 40 or more exhibitors. Registration costs for this event are outrageously reasonable, making it a low cost way to network with industry leaders and stay current with industry developments.

Sponsored by three Boston-area institutions -- Merrimack College (N. Andover, MA); MIT Enterprise Forum Auto-ID & Sensing Group (Cambridge, MA); and the University of Massachusetts Lowell (Lowell, MA), the event will also feature a vendor showcase displaying the latest in RFID/Auto-ID technology from companies throughout New England and the U.S.
