CAM Commerce Solutions is pleased to announce an exciting change in ownership. Robertson Piper Software Group (RPSG) has purchased the Point-of-Sale Software business of CAM Commerce Solutions. RPSG is a holding company whose business is acquiring, managing and building enterprise software businesses with a focus on providing superior customer service, support and product quality for mission-critical software solutions. This acquisition by RPSG will allow CAM Commerce Solutions to focus squarely on the point-of-sale solutions that are so critical to your business. Previous ownership will continue to operate the X-Charge payment processing business as a separate entity. However, CAM Commerce Solutions will continue to work closely with the X-Charge payment processing business as a partner and one of its largest resellers. As part of RPSG, CAM Commerce Solution’s mission is to continue to offer superior customer service and product quality, while maintaining long-term relationships with you, our customer. We remain committed to your satisfaction and will continue to support your business requirements both today and tomorrow. The change of ownership will not impact the quality of point-of-sale and processing service and support that you are accustomed to receiving. For POS sales and support, you will continue to interact with the same staff that you have come to know and trust using the same methods. However, as CAM Commerce Solution and X-Charge are now separate businesses with different owners, we will be separating the operations of each business and X-Charge will continue to be responsible for maintaining and supporting its payment processing services.
