SMARTRAC and Confidex announce business co-operation
Amsterdam (The Netherlands), Rockville (MD, USA), Tampere (Finland) June 5, 2014 – SMARTRAC N.V. and Confidex Ltd. have announced a distribution agreement in the United States.
The agreement enables SMARTRAC and its US affiliate Neology to distribute Confidex hard tag and specialty label products exclusively in the United States. In return, Confidex benefits from SMARTRAC’s strong sales and service network comprising its internal and external resources.
SMARTRAC and Confidex expect that this co-operation will expedite further adoption of UHF RFID tagging especially in industrial and asset management applications. In addition, customers of both companies will benefit from this arrangement by having access to a complete and diversified RFID tag and specialty label portfolio supported by unique service capabilities.
